I'm just so torn up about the Timothy Harper case, especially thinking about how it unfolded on Memorial Day—a time meant for remembering loved ones, not losing them so tragically. It's hard to wrap my mind around how things could escalate to such a violent end within a family that should be supporting one another. I can't imagine what Tim's friends and family are going through right now. I read that Kaevon, the stepson, was only 19 at the time. It's difficult to fathom how a young person gets to a place where such actions seem like a solution or even a possibility. It makes me wonder about the underlying issues and what might have been done to prevent this. Domestic situations are so complex, but they shouldn't end in tragedy. My heart truly goes out to everyone who knew and cared for Tim. I hope they get some peace and answers as the legal process moves forward. If anyone has more details about how the community is supporting the family or ways to help, I'd love to know.

Just thinking about the family and what they must be going through during this time. It's shocking to see how domestic violence can escalate to such devastating outcomes. I read somewhere that Timothy was well-known in the community, and it's unsettling to know this happened so close to home, in a neighborhood like Pleasant Hill, where everyone seems to know each other. Does anyone know if there were any warning signs or previous incidents that led up to this? I can't imagine the weight his family must carry, both mourning Timothy and dealing with the legal side of things with Kaevon. It's a tough situation all around. Hoping they find some form of peace amidst all this chaos.
