I've been following the details of this case closely, and one thing that strikes me is the boldness of the act. The fact that the suspect was shirtless and still decided to carry out this shooting in a relatively populated area is both chilling and perplexing. It's almost like he wanted to stand out, but why? Was it a deliberate choice to try and avoid being recognized by clothing, or something else entirely?
