Hey everyone, I've been diving into some missing persons cases lately, and Eugene Draeger's situation really got to me. I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with the role technology played – or didn’t play – back in 1990 when people went missing. Given how fast technology advanced in the following decades, it makes me think about how fortunate we are now to have tools like social media and advanced forensics at our disposal. It's wild to think how cases like Eugene’s might have been approached differently with today’s resources. With his disappearance occurring so long ago, is it possible that there are digital clues that could still be uncovered or reviewed with modern techniques? Sometimes, it feels like time can both complicate and offer new angles on these old cases. If anyone has insights on tech used in cold cases or how that’s changed over the years, I'd love to hear about it!
