I just finished reading an article about the Diggs case in The Amsterdam News, and I’m left with so many questions. One aspect that's especially puzzling to me is the disappearance of the informer who claimed to have vital information. How does someone who was supposedly in contact with law enforcement just vanish, especially after getting a sizable payment? It seems like such a significant lead that went cold, and it makes me wonder if there were failures in protecting or monitoring them. Knowing that a source could have had the answers to bring justice makes this situation all the more painful for the family. Jean and her kids deserve closure, and I really hope the informer’s disappearance is explored further by the authorities. Thoughts?
I've been following the case of Jean Diggs and her children, and it's been on my mind quite a bit. I've always been curious about what might have happened with the informer who disappeared. It seems like such a critical piece of the puzzle that never came to fruition. How does someone just vanish like that, especially after receiving a large sum of money?
It almost feels like something straight out of a movie, but the reality is so much more chilling when you think about the impact on Jean's family and the community. If only there was a way to track down that informer or even figure out what led to their disappearance. It might bring some much-needed answers to this unsolved mystery. It's so painful knowing that justice still hasn't been served for the Diggs family. Wondering if there's any chance our modern investigatory tools could finally shed some light on this. Thoughts?
Has anyone else looked into the mysterious disappearance of the informant from the Jean Diggs case? This aspect of the case completely baffles me. It's incredibly distressing not only that this person vanished after supposedly receiving a significant payment but that this potential lead seemed to just evaporate into thin air. It makes one wonder how many stones were left unturned due to this hiccup and how different things might have been if the lead had materialized. It's like those poor victims were stripped of their chance for justice all over again. My heart goes out to the Diggs family and the Teaneck community, who have had to live with so many unanswered questions. Any thoughts on why the informant's disappearance wasn’t pursued more aggressively?
