It's chilling to think about how Cornelius and Carol Ott were just in their own home, completely unsuspecting, when Joseph Harris unleashed his rage on them. I can't imagine the terror they must have felt in those moments. It seems like an absolute failure on multiple fronts that someone with such severe psychiatric concerns and a history of threatening behavior wasn't intervened with sooner. My heart truly goes out to Cornelius's family and all the families affected. It's a haunting reminder of why mental health support is crucial, especially in stressful work environments. Hey everyone, I've been reflecting on the tragic events involving Cornelius Kasten Jr., and it’s just so difficult to comprehend how someone’s life can be taken so senselessly.
