Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Patrolman John Norcross, and something that really stands out to me is how close he and his brother, Richard, were to one another. The fact that they were both involved in the same horrific incident is just unimaginable, and my heart goes out to Richard for having to endure that loss while also recovering from his own injuries. I keep thinking about their family—losing a son and having another one injured in such a violent way must have been an incredibly difficult journey for them. The strength that it must take to cope, carry on, and seek justice is truly admirable. It reminds me of the incredible resilience people can have in the face of tragedy. Has anyone come across any foundation or fund established in John Norcross’ name to support families of fallen officers? I'd be interested in learning more about how we might support them or honor his memory. Sending peace and strength to all those affected.
