Hey everyone, I was looking over Robert's details again and something's been bugging me. His snowmachine was found in late May, a few months after he went missing. If he was heading towards Solomon, the location where they found the snowmachine seems odd, right? It's off course, almost like he made a sudden detour or something unexpected happened. Maybe he was trying to avoid something or someone? Or could it have been weather-related? I know it's been a long time, but does anyone familiar with the area have any insights on what the conditions are typically like that time of year or any other reasons why he might have veered from his intended path? Just throwing out ideas here, hoping it might help generate some fresh perspectives.

Hey everyone, I've been closely following Robert's case and something that caught my attention is the weather conditions around the time he went missing. February in Alaska, especially around the Norton Sound area, can be brutally cold with heavy snow and limited visibility. I wonder how much this might've contributed to him getting disoriented or if it impacted search efforts early on. Does anyone here have experience or insights related to the challenges of traveling in that region? Maybe weather reports from back then could give us more context. Would love to hear your thoughts and any local knowledge you might have!
