I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact this tragedy had on the community, especially since Maplewood hadn't experienced something like this in nearly five years. It's unimaginable how the residents must have felt knowing such a violent crime occurred in their neighborhood. I think it's important to acknowledge how the quick collaboration between the local and federal agencies not only brought the culprits to justice but also hopefully provided some sense of safety and reassurance to the community. It’s a reminder of how crucial these partnerships are in tackling such serious crimes. My thoughts are with the loved ones of Roshana Kenilson, Michael Davis, and Lance Fraser as they continue to process this loss.
