Has anyone else been following the twists and turns in the Pierre Collins case? I can't even begin to imagine the pain and frustration that his family must be going through right now. One intriguing aspect that keeps coming up is the issue with the police interrogation of Akeeme Thompson. From what I've read, there were no recordings that showed Thompson being informed of the charges against him before questioning. It's shocking how such pivotal procedural errors can affect the entire trial. I'm left wondering how often this happens in other cases and what it means for justice, especially when it involves a life lost. The appellate court's decision to overturn the conviction has certainly stirred up a lot of conversation. Do you think these kinds of errors might affect other aspects of the investigation? It's just so devastating for the Collins family to go through another round of waiting and uncertainty. My thoughts are with them as they navigate this prolonged ordeal.
