Hey everyone, I've been reading about Gregory McPherson's case, and something that really stood out to me was the strength of the community in rallying around his family. It's absolutely devastating how someone so young could have his life cut short like that. I noticed that during the investigation and trial, community leaders were quite vocal in their calls for justice and pushing for gun violence reform. It got me wondering, does anyone know if any of those efforts led to tangible changes or initiatives in East Orange? I feel like this case really brought some of the underlying issues to light, and I'd hope to see some positive changes come from such a tragedy. It's clear that Gregory was well-loved, and everyone deserves to feel safe in their own community. Let’s not let what happened to him be forgotten. Much love to his family and friends during this tough time.
