I've been thinking about the location where Charles Boozer was found. It’s unsettling to consider the proximity to both St. Mary Magdalen Parish and R. D. Wood Elementary School. I live near that area, and it sends shivers down my spine knowing such a violent event took place so close to places where families and children frequent. It makes me wonder about the impact on the community, especially on those who might have witnessed or heard the incident. The trauma for people living there must be immense. It’s truly awful what happened to Mr. Boozer. I was just reading about the involvement of multiple suspects and it's like peeling back layers of an onion. What really struck me was how intertwined these violent acts seem to be, all the way from Vineland to Millville. It must have been such a terrifying ordeal for the community, especially with houses and vehicles being caught in the crossfire on Dock Street. I'm glad to see progress being made with the arrests and guilty pleas, but I can only imagine the pain and confusion Boozer’s friends and family have been feeling. For them, I hope the legal outcomes bring some sense of justice and peace.
