Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Michael Barnes, a.k.a. "Murder Mike," and it’s truly chilling to think about the risks he faced as a homicide witness. Being brave enough to stand up against violence should never cost someone their life. What really stuck out to me is how deeply the "Get Money Boys" (GMB) gang has infiltrated the community. The fact that minors were being recruited is truly upsetting. It’s terrifying to think how young lives are being manipulated into a cycle of crime. It makes me wonder what kind of outreach is available for vulnerable kids in Trenton to help steer them away from these destructive paths. My thoughts are with Michael’s family and friends. Losing someone under such violent circumstances must be incredibly hard to bear. Does anyone know if there are any community programs stepping up to address these issues since the GMB crackdown? It seems like a good time for change. Stay safe out there, everyone.
