I’ve been following Jay's disappearance, and something that's been bugging me is the weather conditions around Farragut Bay on the day of the incident. I’ve looked up the weather reports, and it seems like it was particularly stormy. Can we discuss how much the weather might’ve impacted the tug boat’s stability? I know these vessels are usually built to withstand harsh conditions, but maybe there were other factors like maintenance issues? Anyone have insights into how tug boats handle harsh weather, or could the weather reports be missing something? It just seems like such a strange incident.
