I can't stop thinking about how difficult it must have been for Arlene's friends and family to hear the news. It's such a profoundly sad situation for everyone involved. It really makes me wonder about the mental and emotional strain caregivers face, especially when a loved one is in long-term care. I hope more attention will be given to offering mental health support for those in such tough situations, so other families can be spared from such tragic outcomes. My thoughts are with the McKenna family and their community as they navigate through their grief. If only there were more resources and support readily available, perhaps tragedies like these could be prevented.
