Has anyone else been looking into the relationship between Savage and his girlfriend, Tashannah Wilkins? I find it so concerning how someone could be willing to help in such a horrible situation. It seems like she played a significant role after the fact by driving him away and helping retrieve the weapon. It makes me wonder about her motivations—was it fear, loyalty, or something else entirely? Knowing that Reese was ambitious and full of life makes all of this even more difficult to comprehend. His family must be going through such a difficult time trying to process this, and I hope they receive any justice and peace they can find. ?

I'm really struggling to wrap my head around the random nature of Reese's murder. He seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, and it just feels so senseless. Why would someone like Terrell Savage open fire on a car without any apparent reason? The fact that Reese was working hard towards his goals at Pennco Tech and had plans for his future makes this even more tragic. It makes us wonder how often incidents like these have underlying causes that we may never fully understand. My thoughts go out to Maurice’s family and friends—I can’t imagine what it must be like to lose someone so full of promise in this way.
It's been over five years since Maurice "Reese" Lewis was taken from his family and community so tragically. I find myself thinking a lot about his aspirations and future plans, especially his dream of joining the Army. It's just so unfair that someone with such drive and promise had that taken away in an instant. I really feel for his family and friends who had to watch his bright future get snatched away so violently. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for them to cope each day, knowing he won't achieve the dreams he held so dearly. Maurice's story is yet another reminder of how senseless acts can forever alter countless lives. Just hoping for peace and healing for all who knew and loved him. ?
