Has anyone looked into the weather conditions the day Steven went missing? I've read that Traitors Cove can be pretty treacherous when the weather turns. Did any witnesses come forward about high winds or rough seas? Sometimes those quick changes can be overlooked when you're out on a boat, especially if you're familiar with the area and used to its usual conditions.
