Has anyone heard more details about the Nettie H's navigation system? I've read that sometimes older boats might not have the latest equipment, which could be risky in that area. I wonder if this played a part in its disappearance. It’s such a vast area, and with the strong currents around Unimak Island, I imagine it could be easy to get off track quickly if something went wrong. If anyone has more info on the search efforts or conditions that day, it’d be great to know. I hope they recover some clues soon.
