I've been following the case of Eric Galarza, and it's truly shocking how such a beloved member of the community could be taken so suddenly. One detail that stands out to me is Eric's involvement in youth sports. Coaching his son's football and baseball teams, he must have impacted so many young lives in Lakewood. As someone who’s seen firsthand how a good coach can shape kids' futures, it’s devastating to think of how many more Eric could have inspired if he were still with us. With the investigation still ongoing and no clear leads, I hope that those who might know something - even if it seems insignificant - come forward. It's important for Eric's family and everyone who cared about him. Let's rally as a community to support them during this painful time. Holding onto hope for justice.
