I’ve been thinking a lot about the trial process in cases like Sheila Baskins'. It must be incredibly taxing for the family to go through legal proceedings after experiencing such a traumatic loss, especially knowing that the target was someone else entirely. It's positive to see arrests made in this case, but I can’t help but feel for her grandson, who carries the weight of this incident and the 'what-ifs' forever. Being at the wrong place at the wrong time shouldn’t lead to a loved one being taken away. My thoughts are with everyone involved. Anyone familiar with how long these trials tend to take in Camden? It seems like it must be an excruciating wait for closure.
