Has anyone else noticed how the presence of the 90s-themed birthday decorations and atmosphere seems to add an extra layer of tragedy to this case? It's so jarring to think about how the scene shifted from nostalgia and celebration to utter devastation in a matter of moments. I've seen photos of the party from before the shooting, with people happily celebrating and enjoying the theme. It must be haunting for those who were there to now associate what should have been cherished memories with such a horrific event. My heart goes out to Kevin Elliott’s family, as well as to those who survived and must carry these heavy memories. How do we even begin to process this or help the families find any semblance of peace?
