Has anyone else been following the case of the Northwest Mariner? I'm curious about the communication protocols on these vessels. Are there specific measures in place to ensure constant contact with the crew? With James Foster, Lawrence Johnston, and Robert Olson still missing, it seems crucial to know what kind of distress signals or emergency communications might have been used. Was there anything heard from them before the ship went down? If anyone knows more about how these systems typically operate, it would be great to understand more. Hopefully, this knowledge might lead to insights or aid in the search efforts somehow.
