I've been doing some digging on the Pacesetter sinking, and I found something intriguing that hasn't been discussed much. Apparently, there's a history of mechanical issues with the boat. From what I've gathered from old forums and news archives, it seems the Pacesetter had a series of maintenance problems in the months leading up to the incident. It makes me wonder if these issues might have contributed to the tragedy. Were these problems ever officially reported or addressed by the fishing company? Could there be a pattern here with oversight or lack of proper maintenance? It's devastating enough that families have to deal with the uncertainty of their missing loved ones, but if this was avoidable, they deserve answers. Has anyone else come across similar information or can verify these details?

Has anyone heard any updates on the survival suits or life rafts from the Pacesetter? I know the weather conditions were rough around St. George Island when the fishing vessel went down, but I've read that sometimes equipment like that can make a difference. I keep wondering if they might have managed to get into a raft after the boat sank. Doesn't it seem strange that there hasn't been more info on whether any of those items have been recovered or even spotted? It's really unnerving thinking about Matthew, Stanley, Michael, Bryon, Stephen, Elias, and Richard out there. If anyone has inside info or a credible source about the search efforts, please share!

Does anyone have information on the water conditions on the night the "Pacesetter" went down? I’ve been following Matthew's case closely, and it seems like weather might have played a big role in this tragedy. I read somewhere that the waters can be really treacherous in that area, especially when the weather takes a sudden turn. It’s so frustrating not having any clear details about what happened out there. If anyone's familiar with fishing in that region, I’d love to hear your insights on how unpredictable the sea would have been that night. Keeping all the missing crew and their families in my thoughts.
