I've been reading up on the tragic case of Charles Harbaugh, and something that really stands out to me is how this all seemed to spiral out of control due to a debt. It's incredibly sad to think that a young man lost his life over what seems like such a senseless issue. I can't imagine the pain his family went through, knowing that he was lured into such a dangerous situation by someone he considered a friend. What drives people to such extreme actions? And how do the families involved ever find peace? It's a stark reminder of how quickly life can be turned upside down. Thoughts go out to everyone who knew and loved him. ?
