Hey everyone, I've been looking into some of the unsolved cases from Detroit in the 70s and came across Gregory Armstrong's mysterious death. One interesting aspect I found was how overwhelmed the police were during that time with the sheer number of violent crimes. It's heartbreaking to think about how many families like Gregory's are still searching for answers decades later. The "Bigfoot" killer was active around that period too, adding to the chaos and fear in the city. It's frustrating that there seems to be so little information available about Gregory's case specifically. I can't help but wonder if all the attention on the "Bigfoot" killings overshadowed other investigations, including Gregory's. Does anyone here have insight into how cases were prioritized back then or how victims' families coped with such uncertainty? Hoping that someday they find some closure.
