I deeply respect the work law enforcement officers do, especially those who respond to domestic incidents, not knowing what awaits them. Officer Taylor's testimony during the trial seemed to humanize this whole tragic ordeal further, reminding us of the real-life consequences of violence that ripple through the lives of everyone involved.
