I can't stop thinking about the timeline surrounding Billy Gene Duncan's last day. It's so baffling that a small, tight-knit community like ours in Yuma, AZ, hasn't been able to piece it together after all these years. From what I've gathered, Billy was known for his regular routines. He was a creature of habit, which makes me wonder if someone who knew him exploited this. Why did it happen on November 23rd? Was there something about that day that was significant to Billy or the person responsible? Heart goes out to Billy's family who've had to endure decades without answers.
