Hey everyone, I've been following the discussion about Monica Botello's case and something that's been on my mind is what Monica's daughters went through and how they’re coping today. It must have been unimaginably terrifying for them to be stuck upstairs, knowing something terrible was happening to their mom. The fact that one of the girls had the presence of mind to call 911 is truly incredible, but I can't imagine how that experience has affected them in the long run. I hope they're receiving the support they need from family or counselors. It's important for them to know they're not alone and that people are thinking about them. Trauma can have lasting effects, especially on kids, so reaching out to organizations that specialize in helping kids in situations like this might be beneficial. Does anyone know if there have been any updates on how they’re doing or if there’s any way the community has been supporting them?
