I was reading about the Tamra Dawn incident and the disappearance of Lee. It's so unsettling to think about how quickly things can go wrong out at sea. I’m curious if anyone knows about the local weather conditions that day? I’ve heard the waters around Clarence Strait can be quite treacherous. Was it a sudden storm, or was it something mechanical with the boat? It's these unanswered questions that make these disappearances so haunting. Any insights from locals or maritime experts would be appreciated!
I’ve been thinking about the reported weather conditions when the Tamra Dawn went down. I recall there were strong winds and rough seas in the Clarence Strait around that time. It's such a dangerous area, especially when conditions take a turn for the worse. Does anyone know if there were any warnings issued that day? It seems like the area can be treacherous even for experienced seafarers. It’s just so concerning how quickly the situation could have escalated in such unpredictable weather.
Hey everyone,
I've been following the Lee case, and something that's been on my mind is the potential role of weather conditions the day the Tamra Dawn supposedly sank. Does anyone know if there were any reports on the sea state or weather alerts around Clarence Strait on that day? It seems like a crucial factor that might explain what happened out there. I've been looking through some weather archives but haven't found much yet. Any insights or resources you can point me towards would be much appreciated.
Stay safe, everyone.
