I’ve been thinking about how remote and treacherous Knik Glacier is. It must be incredibly challenging for rescue teams to navigate that terrain, especially when trying to locate a small aircraft. Weather conditions can change rapidly in that region, making it even more difficult. I’m really curious about what kind of efforts are being put into the search and if there are any updates about what technology or methods are being used to find Michael and Darlene. It seems like a daunting task, but I hope there’s something out there that can help pinpoint the aircraft’s last known location. Anyone here have insight into how these searches are usually conducted in such icy and rugged terrains?
