Does anyone else feel absolutely sickened by the way Walker showed no remorse during the trial? I can't wrap my head around how someone can take a life and not even bat an eye, let alone feel "vindicated" as he said. Heather's family must be going through an unimaginable amount of pain, having to sit in that courtroom and listen to him with zero empathy for what he did. It's so disturbing that he was able to take a plea deal and avoid a first-degree murder charge. I feel for Heather's kids and her family—they deserve so much more justice than what was served. Cases like this remind me of how necessary it is to support victims' families during such a horrific time.
