Has anyone looked into tidal patterns or currents in the area where Frank's skiff was found? Given that it was located drifting on 10/06/1998, I'm wondering how far the boat could have traveled without him. Not wearing a life jacket adds another layer of concern, but understanding the water movements during that time could offer clues or narrow down search areas. If anyone has local knowledge or can point to resources, it might be worth exploring.

Has anyone thought about the weather conditions the day Frank went missing? I’m curious if any witnesses mentioned rough waters or storms in the area at that time. I remember reading about accidents where sudden weather changes played a huge role, especially if the person wasn’t wearing a life jacket.
