I've been following the Wolever case and can't stop thinking about their son, Tomas. It’s unimaginable what he must be going through after surviving such a horrifying event. Not only did he witness the loss of his parents, but he also suffered a gunshot wound himself. I hope the community is rallying around him to provide the support he needs during this incredibly difficult time.
It’s important we shine a light on how domestic issues can escalate so quickly, especially when it involves firearms. Hoping for a thorough investigation that brings some clarity or justice for the family members who are left to pick up the pieces. I’ve been thinking a lot about Kristie’s parents and how they must be feeling in the aftermath of this tragedy. Losing their daughter under such horrific circumstances is unimaginable. From what I've gathered, Kristie was really close to her family, often sharing her love for crafting and her upbeat humor with everyone around her. It's so important to keep the focus on supporting those left behind, especially her son, Tomas, who must be dealing with both physical and emotional scars. The community really needs to rally around him and Kristie’s parents during this time. I hope they find some peace and support in the midst of all this turmoil. Domestic violence is such a devastating issue, and I think it’s vital we continue discussing it openly to prevent more tragedies like this one.
