It's difficult to imagine the kind of bravery it took to finally come forward and point the police to Kelly Ann's body. It’s clear she was terrified of her brother, Kevin, but despite this fear, she made a decision that ultimately brought justice for Kelly Ann. It's a powerful reminder of how domestic violence not only affects the victim but also entangles those around them in a web of silence and fear. I really hope she’s found some form of support and healing since then because that night must have been a recurring nightmare for her. It's also encouraging to see that her courage finally helped bring some closure to Kelly Ann’s family, though nothing can truly fill that void.
