I was reading about the case of Keneth Cutts, and one detail really stood out to me. During Larry Londra Walker's preliminary hearings, it was mentioned that he had multiple outbursts and tried to file his own motions without an attorney. It makes you wonder about his mental state and whether he really understood the seriousness of the courtroom proceedings. Of course, this doesn’t excuse his actions, but it shines a light on just how chaotic and tumultuous the legal process can be from all angles. My heart goes out to Keneth's family and friends who had to endure these disruptions while they sought justice for him. It's hard to imagine the frustration and pain they must have felt each time the proceedings were interrupted. If only we could turn back time and prevent such losses.
