Hey everyone, I’ve been researching this tragic case of Robert Carson Cook, and something that really stands out is the role that the community plays in the aftermath. It's hard to imagine the shock and sadness that must have swept through River Rouge, especially knowing that someone so connected to the community, like Councilman Pruneau’s son, was involved. What strikes me is how communities often try to rally together after such events, especially when the case involves complex issues like drugs and violence. It's important for communities to address not only the legal side of things but also the root causes that lead to such violence in the first place. Does anyone know if there have been initiatives or community meetings in River Rouge to tackle these underlying problems since the incident? I feel such conversations could be vital in preventing future tragedies. Thoughts and insights would be much appreciated. My thoughts are with Robert's family and friends during this difficult time.
