Hey everyone, I've been following the Cory Ehlers case, and while there's so much that's upsetting about this tragedy, one thing that struck me was Shaun Wheeler’s behavior before the shooting. Apparently, he called his father to ask about what prison would be like. I can’t help but feel this suggests some level of planning or awareness about what he was about to do, despite any claims otherwise. It’s hard not to think about what was going through his mind during that call. It's incredibly sad for Cory's family, especially their children, who have to navigate life without their mom. In situations like these, it makes me wonder how we can better address signs of distress in heated relationships before it spirals into something this horrific. Sending all my thoughts to those affected by this unimaginable loss.
