I was thinking about Dajuan's love for music and how important it must have been for him. Music can be such a powerful healing force, and knowing that he found joy and connection through it makes this even more tragic. I wonder if there's a way the community can honor him through a music event or scholarship to keep his spirit alive. It's so important to remember the good times and the passions that defined his life, even as we push for justice. I can't begin to imagine what his daughter Da'Neya is going through, growing up without her dad. My thoughts are with her and everyone who was touched by Dajuan's laughter and energy. Hoping for a resolution and some peace for his family.
