Hey everyone, I've been reflecting on Mondo's case and wanted to discuss something different. Can we take a moment to talk about how the community came together during the memorial service on July 20, 2018? From what I’ve read and heard, it seems like it was a beautiful tribute to his life, filled with people who loved him. It’s heartwarming to see how, even in their grief, friends and family shared stories about his goofy laugh and infectious spirit. It’s just so moving to learn how people lean on each other in times of such unimaginable loss. I truly hope that all who knew him found some comfort in being together, remembering the good times and the joy he brought into their lives. If anyone here was there, or knows more about it, I’d love to hear about how the community showed their support during that time. Sending thoughts and strength to all who were touched by Mondo’s life.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Ted’Mundo or “Mondo” as his friends called him, and I keep thinking about the tremendous gap his absence has left in the Flint community. Even though I didn’t know Mondo personally, his joyous spirit seems to have touched many people, as seen in how fondly he was remembered at his memorial. The fact that he had such an infectious laugh and a love for simple pleasures like basketball and fishing makes it even more devastating that his life was cut short so tragically. I wanted to express how important it is that communities come together during times like these. The loss of someone so vibrant to violence is something no family should have to go through alone. It’s crucial that we rally around his family and friends to provide support and ensure that Mondo’s legacy is one of unity and change in Flint. What are some ways you think the community can continue to show support for those still grieving? Also, how can we work towards preventing such tragedies in the future? Sending love and strength to everyone affected. #JusticeForMondo #FlintCommunity
