I’ve been following Anthony Rogers' case, and something that's been on my mind is the role of community cooperation in solving crimes like this. It’s deeply frustrating that after all this time, there still aren’t any leads. It makes me wonder if fear or distrust is preventing people from coming forward. I can’t imagine the pain Anthony’s family must be feeling, waiting for answers with no resolution in sight.
It’s crucial that we create an environment where witnesses feel safe to share what they know. Maybe more community outreach or anonymous tip options could help? Pontiac deserves to be a place where families don’t have to live in fear, and justice can be served swiftly. What do others think about how these barriers can be overcome? Any ideas on how to improve the relationship between law enforcement and the community in cases like these?
