Hey everyone,
I've been following the discussion about Dex's case, and something that stands out to me is the impact he made in the community. It's clear from what people are saying online and in his obit that he was more than just a victim; he was a local legend, a real community guy who seemed to have a positive effect on everyone he met.
I'm curious if anyone has looked into any community initiatives or memorials that have been set up in his honor? Sometimes communities come together after tragedies like this to create lasting tributes or programs to support causes the person cared about. Given Dex's huge personality and the way he seemed to radiate positivity, I wonder if there’s been something along those lines. It might also be a way to bring more attention to his case and keep the fight for justice alive.
To those who knew him, my heart goes out to you. It's hard to imagine the pain his family and friends are going through, and I hope they find the justice and closure they deserve. Stay strong, everyone.
Does anyone know if there were security cameras inside the food store where Dex was shot? It seems like that could provide some crucial evidence or at least help piece together what happened during the altercation. I'm really hoping the investigators have something to work with because the lack of info is so frustrating. It's just unimaginable what his family must be going through, knowing there's little clarity on this awful situation. If anyone has updates or heard anything about this aspect, please share. Keeping Dex's family in my thoughts.
