Hello everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about Evelyn Latrice Arnold's case and something has really stuck with me. It's the fact that the family believed the downstairs unit was unoccupied. This detail is so unsettling. I can't imagine the shock and confusion the family must have felt when they found out what happened to Evelyn in a place they thought was empty. It just makes the situation even more tragic.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how this could have played into the investigation? It seems like such a crucial detail that might point towards some kind of oversight or a lapse in communication, either within the family or between tenants. Also, I'm really curious about how this unknown occupancy might have affected potential evidence at the scene.
Sending love and strength to Evelyn's family and hoping for justice soon, Sandy

Has anyone heard anything new about the witnesses in Evelyn Arnold's case? It's been on my mind a lot lately how those initial two people taken into custody were released without charges. I wonder if they saw or knew something important. It's so difficult to imagine the pain of losing a loved one so suddenly and then having to wait in limbo for justice. Evelyn's family must be going through an unimaginable time, especially considering how close they all were. It seems like the whole community is rallying behind them, and it's been touching to see all the support they're getting through the fundraiser. I wish there was more information from the police, but I guess we just have to continue hoping for the best. Gun violence in Detroit is such a pressing issue, and this case is yet another reminder of how much work needs to be done. Sending strength and love to her family and kids. They deserve answers.

Does anyone else feel incredibly frustrated with the current lack of progress in Evelyn Latrice Arnold's case? I can't imagine the pain her family is going through, not having any closure or justice. It's been over four years, and still, there's no solid evidence or suspect in custody. It really makes you wonder about the state of investigations and resources being allocated. I keep thinking about her kids and how they deserve answers about what happened to their mom. With the initial suspects released and no new information coming to light, it seems like the case has hit a standstill. I’m hoping that someone, somewhere has some piece of information that could help. It’s crucial that the community remains vigilant and supportive of the family. Sending love to Evelyn's family and hoping they find the answers they need soon.
