This happened in a busy area of Lansing, not somewhere you'd expect something like this to go unresolved for so long. It's really important that anyone who might have been in the area that night or saw something strange should come forward. It’s heartbreaking to imagine the pain his family is going through with no answers or justice yet. I hope the continued efforts of the community and the authorities will bring closure to Victor’s loved ones soon.
