I've been reading through the details of the Tyrone Phillips and Rondell Echoles case, and I can't stop thinking about their families. It must be unimaginably difficult not having answers after all these years. I was wondering if anyone knows more about the neighborhood where the crime took place back in 2006. Was it known for any specific activity or have there been any similar incidents in the area around that time? It's hard to piece together why these young men were targeted without understanding the context of their environment. My heart goes out to their loved ones, who are still waiting for justice.
