Has anyone else been following the candlelight vigil held for Jaylen Donte Sumpter? It was a beautiful yet somber gathering that really highlighted how deeply he touched everyone around him. I read that community members and friends shared stories about the positive impact he had on their lives, which makes this tragedy feel even more personal. Seeing so many people come together in his memory is incredibly moving, but it’s also a stark reminder of how much work needs to be done to prevent more lives from being lost so needlessly. It's important we keep these conversations going and support the Sumpter family in their quest for justice.
