Has anyone else wondered about the safety protocols on the Clipper Express? I'm not trying to point fingers, but this isn't the first time I've read about someone not having a personal flotation device in situations like this. Isn't it standard operating procedure to ensure all crew members are wearing them, especially in such dangerous waters? It's such rugged terrain out there, and the risks are so high.
