Has anyone else noticed how similar Maricel Tolentino Marcial's case is to that of other missing persons along the California coast? There's something about these cliff cases that really makes me wonder about the search protocols being used. I've heard the ocean currents in that area are particularly strong, which might make recovery impossible, but could there have been more clarity about the steps taken during the searches back then?
