Has anyone looked into the possibility of Victor Shin intentionally disappearing? Maybe he had some personal reasons for vanishing. With how technology was back in 2002, it might have been easier to stay off the radar without digital footprints like we have today. It’s peculiar that there's no record of him arriving in Las Vegas or even leaving a trace in between. I wonder if Victor had any connections in LA that he might have visited during the bus stop there? If he had any ties in that city, it might be worth checking to see if any acquaintances or family members can provide some insight. It's just baffling that there are no significant leads after all these years. Thoughts?

Does anyone know if there’s been any follow-up on Victor Shin’s belongings? I remember reading that he was last seen purchasing a Greyhound ticket, but is there any info on whether he had luggage or any personal items with him when he boarded the bus? Sometimes, tracing missing belongings can be a huge clue in cases like this. With such a long journey from San Francisco to Las Vegas, and with a stop in Los Angeles, I'm wondering if anything was noted or found about his luggage at any of those locations. Would love to hear if anyone has more information or thoughts on how this angle could be pursued.
