Does anyone else find it puzzling how the 17-year-old suspect was arrested but not ultimately charged in the case? It seems like there must have been some connection to such a brutal crime, especially given the severity and nature of the situation. I’m wondering if there’s a piece of evidence that’s missing or if there's more to the story that hasn't been made public. It’s also kind of unsettling to think about how quickly one of the suspects was identified and charged while the other wasn’t. My heart really goes out to Chanel and the rest of Lashon's family, as well as Caleb's grandmother. The lack of closure on this detail must feel like another layer of suffering on top of their unfathomable loss. Anyone have thoughts or additional insights on why this might be the case?
