Has anyone else been following the conversations about security lapses at Team Wellness Center? The tragic murder of Diante Davis has put the spotlight on the importance of ensuring the safety of mental health professionals and their patients. It's absolutely chilling to think that someone could just slip through the cracks with a false identity and roam the premises for days. I can’t help but wonder what can be done to improve security protocols, not only there but in all similar facilities. My heart truly goes out to Diante's family and colleagues who trusted in a safe workplace. I'm hoping that this terrible incident sparks real change and prevents this kind of horror from happening to anyone else.
