I'll never understand how the legal system failed Tirany and her family so profoundly. It's chilling to think that even with all the warning signs—the PPO request, the divorce filing, Bo's mental health problems—nothing was enough to grant her the protection she so desperately needed. The fact that Bo was already on the sex offender registry should have been a huge red flag for the authorities. I keep wondering if there were missed opportunities for intervention. It breaks my heart to think of how courageous Tirany must have been to seek help, only to be denied. This should be a wake-up call about the need for a system that actually listens to and protects victims before it's too late. My thoughts are with Tirany's surviving family and friends. I can't imagine the pain they're going through. It's crucial that we continue to discuss these issues so that changes are made and future tragedies are prevented. Stay safe, everyone.
